Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. We are working on expanding to other countries soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over £50 / $70. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of £4.99 / $6.99 applies.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days. International shipping between UK and US may take 5-10 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
What if my package is lost?
If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will investigate it for you.
